Neat suite was spotless. An iron, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV set were a very nice touch. Had magnificent location very close to everything.

The hotel took care of the exceptional service. I had bright and neat room complete with en suite comfy bed and really comfortable mattresses. The breakfast was great and there was a wide array of food to choose from. The personnel was amicable, doing their best to assist.

The breakfast was incredible and satisfactory, they serve gorgeous food. The location was marvellous and incredible for destinations we were going to. Had tea and goodies at Mi Kandy, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

Everything was spotless and the rooms were compact. Loved the room with really comfortable mattresses, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was satisfactory, overall food was gorgeous. It had a family atmosphere and the location was marvellous and incredible. Had some takeaway meals at Pizza Hut, set a minute walk from the hotel, I couldn't resist.

Ideal place with smart staff. Incredible and lovely breakfast, a lot of food and beverages. Perfect, incredible location very close to the beach and theme park/water park and trams, the theme park and shops. Besides, excellent for visiting Sandcastle Waterpark.

Every member of staff was welcoming and smart. The location was stunning and brilliant, around 10-15 minutes walk from Icon. And it was also short walk to Central Pier, the sea and the zoo.
